ANR Executive Consultants was founded in 2010 on a simple belief: growing businesses deserve the same quality of employee benefits and administrative support as large corporations, without layers of intermediaries driving up cost and slowing every decision.

More than 15 years later, we support over 100 businesses from our office in Kingston, New Jersey. Our clients include IT consulting firms, medical offices and law firms, many of whom have grown alongside us. They rely on ANR for health insurance and employee benefits, payroll, HR services and 401(k) plans, often combining several services with one partner.

We are a proud member of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber, and we work with leading insurance carriers and payroll providers to bring our clients options they could not easily access on their own.

Chief Operating Officer

Wilder Hernandez is an accomplished business executive with expertise in strategic leadership, financial management, global operations and organizational transformation. Alongside his role as COO of ANR Executive Consultants, he is Founder and CEO of Wild Solutions LLC and serves as Chief Operating Officer at Humetis Group, Humetis Technologies and Piorion.

Throughout his career, Wilder has led initiatives to strengthen financial performance, improve operational efficiency and build scalable operating models, from financial planning and vendor negotiations to process automation and technology integration. He is known for a hands-on leadership style and for turning business objectives into practical operational solutions.
