These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.anrexecutives.com (the “Website”), which is operated by ANR Executive Consultants Inc (“ANR”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and US Data Protection Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About the Website

The Website gives general information about ANR and the services we offer to businesses: employee health insurance and benefits, 401(k) and retirement benefits, payroll, and HR services. It also lets you send us an enquiry or book a meeting. The availability and scope of any service depend on a separate written agreement with ANR.

3. No professional advice; no client relationship

• Website content is for general information only. It is not insurance, legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Please get advice tailored to your circumstances before making decisions.
• Submitting an enquiry, booking a meeting or exchanging emails with us does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement.
• Any case studies, savings or results shown are examples from past client engagements. They do not guarantee similar outcomes, which depend on each client’s circumstances.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and ANR about your use of the Website.
